On behalf of the International Dog Breeds and Dog Sports Federation, Mr. Murat
MANSUROV has been authorized to carry out activities and events on our behalf both in Kazakhstan
and Turkey.
Mr. MANSUROV has been appointed as our official representative in both countries and we
trust him to promote and develop the sport of dog breeding and canine sports in these regions. He
is authorized to organize events, competitions, and other activities related to dog breeding and
canine sports in both Kazakhstan and Turkey.
The following is a list of specific activities and events that Mr. MANSUROV is authorized to
organize on our behalf:
 Dog shows and competitions
 Breed-specific events
 Seminars and workshops on dog breeding and canine sports
 Educational programs and training sessions
 Other activities related to the promotion and development of dog breeding and canine
sports
 He can make protocol agreements in Kazakhstan on behalf of Ukifed.
